FIA Region I - Corporate Branding

End of 2012, TCS Digital World became partner of FIA Region I for iMobility Challenge, a 2 year running project funded by the European Commission to promote intelligent vehicle systems. Just when we thought it couldn't get any better, FIA Region I knocked on our door again. A new year came with the urge to create a new, fresh look&feel integrating for the first time also digitalized tools. As FIA Region I covers Europe, The Middle East and Africa, they wanted to emphasize unity and encourage members' creativity by designing deliverables that would present best learnings all over the region.
We sensed that the association as well as the members deserved a grand presentation of what they stand for so we proposed to create an automated presentation tool in a touchscreen environment. Though the client was much attracted to the concept, the budget didn't permit this surprising tool. No harm done, we 'translated' the digitalized tool to a Member Brochure, presenting FIA Region I as a reliable partner and a Road Safety Brochure, displaying members with their most successful initiatives. In this way, we improved mutual respect and stressed the importance of cooperation and communication between all members. The brochures were presented during the yearly Member Event in Vienna and based on the enthusiastic reactions, TCS Digital World will continue to work on a new look&feel, in the mean time seeking for ways to integrate digital channels.
Vanden Borre - Automated Chat Integration

'Hello, I'm Max. What can I do for you?'. How many answers would come from a simple question like this? We had no idea, until we launched our Automated Chat Module on the website of this belgian retailer. Beginning of May, Max was born out of a partnership with Live Presence, specialists in fully automized chat solutions. This virtual helpdesk assistant was created to reduce the workload of Vanden Borre's helpdesk and to provide customers with relevant answers to all questions related to Vanden Borre.
As Vanden Borre was the first client of Live Presence outside The Netherlands, a lot of work was to be done. Max would become the first French speaking assistant and as we all know, Belgian Dutch is not at all the same as Dutch Dutch...
